When one of your dog or cat's collars is getting old. The fabric and webbing strap may be worn out but the hardware is still in tip top shape. When it's time for a new collar but if you feel that the hardware is still too good to throw out, or there's still a lot of life left in it. No worries! Send the collar back to us and we will reuse the hardware in the new collar for you.

• Please inspect the hardware to make sure it's still safe to use before sending them back.

For Dog Collars - The buckle has to clasp nice and tight. To test, clasp the buckle and try to pull the collar apart, the buckle should not slip off.

For Cat Collars - The buckle has to be intact, not broken, punctured or chewed.

• We will also inspect the hardware on arrival.
