Returns

• We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items may be returned for a purchase price refund within 30 days from date of delivery providing buyers contact us prior for a return authorization (RA). Items returned without an RA will incur a 20% processing fee.

• Shipping charge is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Custom-made and personalized orders are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

• All return/exchange items must be in original/unworn/unused/unwashed condition with the undamaged original package and/or tag.

Exchanges

In case of incorrect size purchased, or want to exchange to a different size or style, please return the item and place another order for the correct size/style. A refund will be issued when the returned item has been received.

Cancellations

Change your mind, need to cancel the order? No problem! Please kindly let us know within 24 hrs. after placing the order.
